By accessing or using Voding services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Voding provides web application development and design services. We build landing pages, web applications, and other digital products as specified in individual client agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary assets, and information required for project completion. Delays in providing these materials may impact project timelines.
Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients will own the final deliverables as specified in their agreement. Voding retains the right to display the work as part of its portfolio unless otherwise specified.
Voding is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
Voding reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
